To upload Port Tariff & configure various agency/vendor contracts and agreements to prompt and enable checks during the disbursement process.
Creation and updating of master database on country, port, ship manager, owner, port, vessel, cost head, cost items etc. to populate appropriately on DIABOS application.
To create User profile- Operator / DIABOS
Mapping Vendors, Agent, Vessel, Ports along with client set up integration
To change the setup in terms of new companies LH, terms, advance percentage as and when required.
To look into queries related to cost estimate for existing client
Managing & dealing with user database in terms of the various operator, DIABOS users
To ensure Integration mapping is done as per the various VMS & ERP system requirements
Cost estimate procurement with turnaround within 24 hours to clients
To liaise with IT to get necessary executions or database change requests.
To understand the system impact while dealing with the amendments and configurations
Maintaining records for audit purposes as may be required.
To seek further clarifications as may be necessary with internal stakeholders prior to actioning any amendments or additions in absence of clarity.

Strong urge to learn, understand the business process and DIABOS web application to be able to execute the tasks effectively and swiftly.
Analytical Skills
Detail Oriented
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Shipping / Logistics industry experience will be an added advantage.
Experience 6-10 years in-depth experience in managing Tariff and Agreement table structures and/or PDA/FDAs and/or Agents data globally
